(CRS) recently launched its new website in April of 2004.  This new website contains many more features that will be very useful and resourceful for its clients.  Several online services such as the 50-State Forms Library, the Resource Center, Account Management, and Registered Agent features have been upgraded.  Please take a moment to register, and begin taking advantage of these free services.

Additionally, CRS is in the process of creating an online application that will assist our clients with maintaining corporate compliance.
